Led by Dr. Sharukh Shroff, a board-certified rheumatologist with decades of experience in internal medicine and rheumatology, Arthritis & Rheumatology Specialists, PC is proud to serve the communities of Southern Virginia with two convenient locations in Danville and Lynchburg.

Effective September 1, 2026
A $50.00 No-Show Fee will be charged for all appointments that are not canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Patients with a no-show fee balance will be required to pay the $50.00 fee in full prior to being seen, in addition to any applicable copays.
Copays are due at the time of service.
Please note:
- Account balances may not exceed $300.00.
- Patients with account balances over $300.00 may be required to make payment arrangements before scheduling or receiving services.
